White Dove were there when we needed them. They guided us through the process and helped us make the right decisions for my family. Our point of contact, Kelly, was amazing, she pitched her interactions with us at the right level. She was kind and recognised that we were tasked with focused but was sympathetic and helpful when grief interfered with our thinking.

White Dove facilitated my mother's Funeral last week, and they made the day as easy as it could have been under the circumstances. They were always at the end of the phone when necessary, and with their help the day ran extremely smoothly. So thank you White Dove.

White dove where amazing from the first phone call with Karen, followed by the meetings, they where professional but with compassion and care, nothing was to much trouble and they understood everything we wanted and needed, what was a hard day was made perfect for saying goodbye to my dad, Matthew was great on the day he made sure everything went as we wanted and more,

I thought I would leave a review as they were recommended by many of my friends, about how good the white dove for the service and their care for what they do. Making the first phone call, to entering the doors of the white dove funeral service. You are made feel welcome, they listen to what you have to say and what you would like arranged for the lovely send off for your loved one. Flowers were made amazing. Being helpful when it comes to choosing the hymns and the words spoken of the day of the funeral. The care and respect what was given and the service to the to the burial was done so beautifully. We can't thank White Dove enough for looking after our dad at this extremely difficult time. Our main point of contact was with Karen who was very comforting and reassuring that our dad would be looked after and went above and beyond with our requests. Our dad chose the Direct Cremation and we were surprised with everything that came with that plan. I would also like to thank Gregg and Samuel for looking after dad from start to finish. Would highly recommend and thank you again .
