White dove where amazing from the first phone call with Karen, followed by the meetings, they where professional but with compassion and care, nothing was to much trouble and they understood everything we wanted and needed, what was a hard day was made perfect for saying goodbye to my dad, Matthew was great on the day he made sure everything went as we wanted and more,
Even after they still continued to help with other things, so cannot thank them enough

I thought I would leave a review as they were recommended by many of my friends, about how good the white dove for the service and their care for what they do. Making the first phone call, to entering the doors of the white dove funeral service. You are made feel welcome, they listen to what you have to say and what you would like arranged for the lovely send off for your loved one. Flowers were made amazing. Being helpful when it comes to choosing the hymns and the words spoken of the day of the funeral. The care and respect what was given and the service to the to the burial was done so beautifully. We can't thank White Dove enough for looking after our dad at this extremely difficult time. Our main point of contact was with Karen who was very comforting and reassuring that our dad would be looked after and went above and beyond with our requests. Our dad chose the Direct Cremation and we were surprised with everything that came with that plan. I would also like to thank Gregg and Samuel for looking after dad from start to finish. Would highly recommend and thank you again .

This was my first time having to arrange a funeral. I was called around 1:30am with the news our stepfather had passed. Around 1 hour later 2 guys from white dove arrived at the care home. They were so professional and polite. They explained to me very clearly the next steps to be taken. They just made me feel at ease. Onto the funeral arrangements and Karen was my goto. There was no rush with the planning, my mum was involved via WhatsApp which wasn't a problem. Nothing was rushed at any point during the process. They liaised with the church the flowers just everything really and put me in touch with the reverend of the church we really wanted, who had met my step father and mother previously.
She happened to be conducting a carol service in my mothers care home on the morning of and sat with her privately for some prayers.
On the day the bearers could not of been more caring, polite and sensitive. I was guided on the process of carrying the coffin and whilst carrying as the pathway seemed quite long.
The service went as expected with a send off we hope he would of liked.
I cannot say thankyou enough to the entire team at white dove.
Hopefully I will not need to call upon you again soon but when needed I would not consider anyone else.

We are writing to express our sincere gratitude for your exceptional services during such a difficult time for our family, following the recent loss of our father, so soon after our mother.

It was an incredibly hard and sad year for us, but there was no question that we would use White Dove again. The team truly is the best. When I called, it was difficult, but also comforting to speak with familiar voices, as this is the fourth time we have relied on your services over the years.

This time, you understood our family's needs, particularly with many of us present at the initial meeting. Your team was incredibly willing, able, and friendly throughout. Despite the challenge of arranging this service so shortly after our mother/mother-in-law in May, you made the entire process seamless and stress-free.

On the day of the service, you were brilliant. The double service you arranged allowed us not to feel rushed, and we highly recommend it. Your team kept us completely informed and even managed to bring moments of chuckle when we needed it, helping to keep our spirits high.

Personally, I want to extend a special thank you to Matt, who organised the bulk of everything and was brilliant on the day, along with his team. A huge thanks also goes out to Karen and Kelly, who I spoke to on the phone most days.

We totally and highly recommend your team. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making both services perfect.

I cannot thank White Dove enough, and more specifically Kelly and Mathew for the service they provided in supporting and managing my dads funeral arrangements. Of particular note was their attention to detail, and they fact they took the time listen to, then understand our families needs which made all the difference when making arrangements around flower choice , choosing a venue and selecting the celebrants etc, but not just that , both Matt and Kelly are caring, empathetic, and kind, and it is obvious they are looking after you because they want to. Their knowledge of the business and other local services is massive, their communication is excellent, and they both went the extra mile to make sure we had everything that we needed. We wanted a company with a local feel and personal touch to manage this for us and that is exactly what we got - once again, many thanks.
