Dear White Dove Services Team,

We are writing to express our sincere gratitude for your exceptional services during such a difficult time for our family, following the recent loss of our father, so soon after our mother.

It was an incredibly hard and sad year for us, but there was no question that we would use White Dove again. The team truly is the best. When I called, it was difficult, but also comforting to speak with familiar voices, as this is the fourth time we have relied on your services over the years.

This time, you understood our family's needs, particularly with many of us present at the initial meeting. Your team was incredibly willing, able, and friendly throughout. Despite the challenge of arranging this service so shortly after our mother/mother-in-law in May, you made the entire process seamless and stress-free.

On the day of the service, you were brilliant. The double service you arranged allowed us not to feel rushed, and we highly recommend it. Your team kept us completely informed and even managed to bring moments of chuckle when we needed it, helping to keep our spirits high.

Personally, I want to extend a special thank you to Matt, who organised the bulk of everything and was brilliant on the day, along with his team. A huge thanks also goes out to Karen and Kelly, who I spoke to on the phone most days.

We totally and highly recommend your team. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making both services perfect.

I cannot thank White Dove enough, and more specifically Kelly and Mathew for the service they provided in supporting and managing my dads funeral arrangements. Of particular note was their attention to detail, and they fact they took the time listen to, then understand our families needs which made all the difference when making arrangements around flower choice , choosing a venue and selecting the celebrants etc, but not just that , both Matt and Kelly are caring, empathetic, and kind, and it is obvious they are looking after you because they want to. Their knowledge of the business and other local services is massive, their communication is excellent, and they both went the extra mile to make sure we had everything that we needed. We wanted a company with a local feel and personal touch to manage this for us and that is exactly what we got - once again, many thanks.

The Funeral Directors’ service: one you dread having to call upon, but essential if you want your loved one to be laid to rest in peace as smoothly as possible. White Dove certainly provided that service.
Your Funeral Home allowed us to plan a fitting funeral for our beloved Mum, Nancy, who passed away on 11 August. During all our meetings and communications with the staff, particularly Matt, the Values of your Funeral Home shone through. You helped us arrange a lovely service for our Mum, one that will last in our memory for many years to come. You were always there to listen, and you came up with solutions to any problems, treating all of us in the family with dignity and respect. Finally, you maintained the highest professional standards, enabling us to feel confident that our Mum’s final journey would run smoothly.
White Dove liaised with all the different services that were necessary to plan the funeral and to make sure the service ran effortlessly. That included the parish church of St Mary’s Roman Catholic Church (Fr. Tony and Mary) in Dunstable, Mary at Dunstable Cemetery, the manufacturers of the coffin, the florists providing the flower arrangements, the printers who created and printed the Order of Service, the company that provided the two white doves that were released at mum’s grave. If we have forgotten anyone, please pass on our sincere thanks. On the day of the funeral, you made sure that everything was in place, and you guided us through all the ‘events’ and processes of the service. You treated our Mum, all the family and our friends with dignity and respect, making us all feel ‘special’.
It seems strange to say, but it is meant as a sincere compliment, that White Dove created a day that we will always cherish and remember. Thank you for all your efforts, dedication and professionalism; we are all extremely grateful.

Kelly was practical, helpful and cheerful whilst being respectful, emails were always answered quickly making our arrangements very straightforward. We had a peaceful and beautiful funeral for our Mum thanks to your professional service.

All staff at White Dove were great but Kelly was our main point of contact. Approachable, caring, respectful and professional Kelly made the whole process far easier to deal with. We were given choices and recommendations based on our wishes which led to my dad having such a personal and beautiful send off. On the day of the funeral Tom was equally as kind and accommodating to our family. We couldn’t have asked for a better service throughout the entire process.
