I can’t praise Kelly enough for how she has helped me through this difficult time always there for a sympathetic chat/rant or cry she has been amazing and Matt and his team were so lovely and supportive on the day of my mums funeral. Thank you to the White dove team

I was particularly impressed with each and every member of the team I spoke to - from my first visit going through what to expect, visiting my husband in the chapel , the actual day and also when collecting his ashes. I would highly recommended

All the team that we came into contact throughout the process were fantastic, Kelly Pratt sat and guided us through everything, the Celebrant Carly Bayford that Kelly put us in contact with was so good, she took her time when listening to us reminisce about our dad. We also requested a bagpiper and you put us in touch with Anthony Doherty again he was amazing. Matt made everything perfect on the day for us at the crematorium.

Where do I start - from the first visit we were treated with such care and kindness and a lot of help with the arrangements. The funeral was just perfect, every detail had been considered and carried out to perfection. What more can I say but a huge thank you to White Dove for making what could have been a sad day into a day of remembrance for my husband.

We received a professional service for our mum's funeral but with a very personal touch. All our choices were catered for without pressure to have any extras and when we needed some additional assistance, they helped things run smoothly for which we will be eternally grateful. We would fully recommend White Dove and all it's staff.

White Dove Funeral Home gave my family and I an excellent service when we lost our Mum, they were professional, kind, and caring, they expertly guided us through the process, they did not hurry us, they responded very quickly to emails and any queries we had via telephone, nothing was too much trouble for them, they called the day before to double check everything and run over with us once more exactly what would happend on the day, they are a great team of kind, caring people who we can not thank enough. We would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a Funeral Home.

Our family chose White Dove for mums funeral as it was her wish based on previous funerals she had attended. We found the service we recieved kind, professional and respectful from start to finish. On collecting mum from home, a White rose was left on her pillow. All our wishes were followed and Karen helped give clear guidance in the creation of the order of service and the planning of the service. We felt very supported but the decisions were all ours. Though a sad day, it was made easier by how smoothly everything was handled. Thank you to all the staff at White Dove.
